What are your delivery terms and collection arrangements?+
Delivery is free across all 32 London boroughs and is booked on a tracked next-day service. We also arrange collection at the end of your hire period at no extra charge — just let us know when you're finished. Delivery and collection are both free within Greater London.
What sizes of scaffold tower are available?+
We carry over 250 aluminium scaffold towers, with working heights from roughly 1.2m up to 10.2m. The range covers mobile towers, trade folding towers and 3T industrial towers.
Are the towers safe and inspected before hire?+
Yes. Every tower is inspected before it goes out and comes with guardrails, lockable castors and anti-slip platforms, meeting UK site standards so you can work safely at height. Safety is central to our hire service — we only supply towers that are fit for use.
Do I need training to use a scaffold tower?+
Anyone assembling or working from a scaffold tower should be competent to do so. We're happy to advise on the right tower and safe setup, but responsibility for safe on-site use rests with the hirer. If you're unsure, ask our team and we'll guide you.
Can the towers be used indoors and outdoors?+
Yes. Our aluminium towers suit both indoor and outdoor work — painting, decorating, roofing, maintenance and construction. Lockable castors keep them steady, and they can be used on firm, level ground or suitable internal floors.
Do you deliver outside London?+
Our hire service covers all of Greater London and every London borough. Contact us if you need delivery just outside the M25 and we'll see what we can do.
What happens if a tower is damaged during my hire?+
Please report any damage to us straight away so we can advise on safe continued use or arrange a replacement. Hire terms are agreed at booking, and our team will talk you through your responsibilities before you take the tower.
